Small (8 x 11) = Standard/tall mass market
Medium (8 3/4 x 13 3/4) = Trade paperback
Hardcover (10 1/4 x 16) = Hardcover novels
Textbook (11 x 21) = Most standard school textbooks
Magazine (11 1/2 x 19) = Standard newstand magazines
